"It takes a certain level of courage to start the process of taking care of your mental health. The mere act of scheduling an appointment each and every time should be commended, in my opinion. This is why I believe in meeting my clients just where they are on their mental health journey and doing my best to help them move closer to a healthier state of mental wellbeing"
